The competition, which was announced by Seyhan Municipality, covers the urban renewal Area between the Obalar and Saydam streets in Adana, at the west part of Seyhan River. The competition held as 2 stages.

In the first stage, the urban design and planning approaches were determined and the town plaza and commercial buildings were designed which is about 35 000 sqm area. CDS’s proposal was entitled to continue to the second stage and it was remained one of the awarded groups.
