The Izmir Metropolitan Municipality organized a national and two-stage competition in the area of approximately 122 hectares of urban renewal in Gaziemir District, Aktepe and Emrez neighborhoods.

It is aimed to create an urban environment which includes many decisions ranging from unit housing, building, neighborhood, district, city and regional scales that respects human rights and has a high quality of life.

At the 1st stage of the competition, which evaluated 31 projects, according to the jury statement on the date of June 4, 2015, 10 teams were selected which will continue to the next stage and CDS is one of the selected teams.

As a result of the jury evaluations of the 2nd stage on 22.08.2015, CDS awarded as Equivalent 1^st Prize.
